The job of Culinary Technician/Cashier is done for the purpose of preparing and serving food items to students and/or school personnel as well as maintaining food service facilities in a safe and sanitary condition. This position also serves as Cashier as needed in collecting funds for daily meal transactions, balancing accounts, and depositing funds utilizing established accounting practices.
